I grew up in a small town in Connecticut with five siblings, a notebook, and a lot of questions about why life could feel so beautiful and so painful at the same time.
When I was eight years old, I began having vivid dreams, visions, and supernatural experiences. Not long after, my sister and great-grandmother passed away in a house fire. I learned the weight of grief very early. I didn’t have language for it then, but looking back, I can see how those moments pulled me closer to God and shaped the way I see people and purpose today.
My conversations with God started as handwritten letters; little scribbles begging Him to protect my family and guide my life. Those weren’t just prayers; they were seeds of purpose. Even as a quiet, shy girl who never quite felt like she fit in, I sensed there was more to this life.
I had friends at school, but I felt most at home watching sports, writing poems, and recording myself acting out plays. I loved observing people and noticing what they were feeling beneath the surface. By 13, I was already the person friends came to for advice. They started jokingly calling me “the therapist” or “the psychiatrist,” and honestly, they weren’t far off. I became fascinated with how the mind and heart work.
That curiosity led me to major in Psychology. I went on to earn both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology because I deeply believe words, thoughts, and stories carry real power to heal or harm.
Through years of creative projects, coaching, and many powerful encounters with God, something in me began to shift. In 2017, I reached a point of full surrender—no more half-in, half-out faith. I stopped living like an orphan and started discovering who I truly am in Christ.
As a child, I had been taken from my home to live with my great aunt while my mom went through her own restoration process. I didn’t realize how much that shaped me. I carried unspoken feelings of abandonment for years. But God met that wounded little girl inside of me, healed places I didn’t even have words for, and gave me a new heart and a new perspective on life and on the people I love.
From that place of healing, I began partnering with God in a new way, using my story, training, and creativity to build projects that serve others. One of those projects helped aspiring songwriters grow their gifts and confidence. None of it would have happened if I hadn’t laid down my need to control everything and allowed God to lead.
Was it perfect? Absolutely not. But it was real, and it was enough for God to work with.
In 2022, He placed the phrase Grow Glow Daily on my heart, along with specific scriptures for each word. At the time, I wrote it down and tucked it away because I wasn’t ready yet. Now I can see, He was preparing me for this season and for the people I’m called to serve, including you.
Whether you share my faith or you’re simply someone who wants to live more intentionally, with your mental health, relationships, and purpose all aligned, you’re welcomed here.
Grow – Grow in your faith and surrender your will for the will of God. Learn to live according to His plan and purpose for you (Philippians 2:13).
Glow – Allow the power and love of God to shine through you, not just for you, but for the people you’re called to impact. As you walk as a child of light, others are encouraged to awaken the light within them too (Isaiah 60:1).
Daily – Build a life that’s lived on purpose every single day. Stay rooted in the Word, walk with Authority, and speak with Power. True confidence is fueled by consistency and daily refueling, not by hustle or pressure (Joshua 1:8).
I’ve walked through loss, sacrifice, and many days where quitting felt easier than continuing. But then I remembered, I said “yes!” to the call on my life, and I trust that God will never leave me or forsake me. Now, I help others, people like you, say “yes” to what’s on your heart too.
He doesn’t require perfect hands. He’s looking for willing hands, people ready to be His hands and feet on the earth, to build what matters with obedience, and to do it in a way that honors both their soul and their assignment; but ultimately to Glorify Him.
That’s the mission behind Grow Glow Daily.

You are more than capable to overcome the obstacles you face in life. It builds character, perseverance and your dependence on God.
Before you dive into my official titles or offerings, here’s a little soul primer, the behind-the-scenes of what’s currently shaping me. Because I’m not just building a brand, I’m becoming. So here’s what’s filling my cup, stretching my faith, and keeping me rooted.
What I'm
loving
Quiet mornings, bold prayers, and building businesses that mean something. I’m also loving this mother era, raising my son and every sip of grace God pours into this season.
What I'm
learning
How to rest and rise. That obedience often comes before clarity. And that God’s timeline is far more strategic than my to-do list. What I am also learning is, YES, you can make money, raise children, change lives, and still show up in your calling without compromise.
What I'm
not about
Hustle culture. Surface-level anything. And trying to fit into boxes I wasn’t called to. If it’s not rooted in purpose and peace, it’s a no from me.
what I
believe
I believe in doing business with God, not just for God. That faith isn’t something we sprinkle on top — it’s the foundation. I believe healing is holy, legacy is built daily, and you don’t need to be loud to lead well. You can be saved and strategic, anointed and affluent. God prepares you for whatever He assigns you.
Ready to build something meaningful without losing yourself in the process? Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and mentorship, I help faith-led creatives and entrepreneurs get clear on their assignment, craft aligned offers, and create rhythms that support both life and business.
